Are Online Prospecting Systems Hard To Use?

Don’t worry! If you’ve never used an online prospecting system before, it’s OK. One of the great things about My Lead System Pro is they have training videos that walk you through the whole process. So you’ll have help all along the way.

Another great thing about My Lead System Pro is it has lots of features for more advanced users, but you don’t need to know how to use these features in the beginning. They have defaults that work great for a new person. Once you have your system setup, you’ll have a place to start funneling people.

How Do I Start Online Prospecting?

A great place to start online prospecting is on any of the Social Media sites like Facebook for example. Here’s where most people go wrong though. You can’t just send a general message to someone you don’t know and expect them to become your friend. Take some time to learn a little about them. See if you have anything in common. If so, put that is your friend request so they know you are really interested in being their friend, not just getting another lead for your business.

Once you become friends with someone, simply start asking some questions so you can get to know them better. Don’t just send them to your online prospecting resources right away. If possible, wait for the right time. At some point in one of your conversations with them, they will most likely ask you what you do. Here is your opportunity to share your online prospecting resources with them.

As you are learning more about them, get a sense for what kind of person they are. If they seem negative and complain about lots of things, you may be best off to just move on. Remember, you get to decide who you are going to work with. This is your business. There is no reason for you to bring negative people into your business. Just because you work with these types of people at your job doesn’t mean you have to in your business as well.

I would rather work with people who are upbeat and are looking to improve their lives and businesses.

Can I Use List Builders For Online Prospecting?

Absolutely! Using list builders like ViralURL is the same kind of process as online prospecting on Facebook, except you reach out to people via email instead. When the people you are emailing opt into your list, they will start getting your great information. As they read your information they will start to get to know you better, what you do and if they can trust you. Given some time, they may become a new lead for you and even buy a product from you or join your team.
